Provo, UT (05/13/2022) – Fullsteam, a holding company acquiring software and payments businesses, announced today the appointment of Justin Banner to lead XOLogic, a Product Information Management (PIM) and digital marketing software solution. In Banner’s new leadership role as President, he will assume day-to-day leadership of the company and focus on driving new key growth initiatives. He previously served as XOLogic’s Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Justin Banner is a lifelong entrepreneur, investor, and company growth expert. He is passionate about discovering unique ways to deliver value with disruptive products and services. In addition to Lit Living, He has also founded several successful start-up companies, generating over $200 million. His career also includes an executive leadership role with General Electric, where he earned his Six Sigma Black Belt.

Banner was recruited by Purdue University to oversee their $1 million investment competition while earning his MBA degree in Marketing Strategy. He received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. Banner resides with his wife and two boys in Highland, UT.
