I hope 2018 has been a great year for you so far, and that you are seeing the fruits of your labors.
The economy is doing well in the U.S. and Canada, but there are areas that we’d like to see improve. As covered in detail by our CFO, Jared, we are anxious about upcoming tariffs and hope things get resolved quickly in that area.
We’re making a concerted effort to improve our support experience and have now added a full-time trainer, a marketing manager, and additional client services staff. You will start to see much more communication from us, including educational content for learning more about the XOLogic platform and product updates. This content won’t be limited to using the product, but will also address ways you can streamline your business and boost profits.
